If it helps, hre is the message that I get when I try to log in. It is the same for my wife. I get the same message via my uVerse Internet connection (via wifi) or when on AT&T LTE.

As I mentioned in my post above, iPhone 6, latest IOS, latest VM Viewer app. Still have intermittent problems. Both my wife and I cannot connect to the server via the app since Friday. This is become very annoying.

We're having the same issue on two iPhones running the latest version of IOS. It started a couple of weeks ago and in intermittent. It will work fine for a while then the issue will start again.

No other thoughts on this? I have series recordings that were created in September that are saving all episodes and series recordings that were created in November that are maxing out at 5 episodes. I can't find any difference in the series settings and did nothing different when I set them up. It's getting pretty frustating.

To follow up to my own post :-D I just set up a new series recording to test and the "Keep" setting defaults to "All episodes as space allows" (or whatever the exact words are). We're at 70% capacity so it should be keeping more episodes. Is there a different default for series recording set up via the web UI vs. the remote? I do most from the web UI.

Has something changed recently? I noticed that newer series recordings are only recording 5 episodes and deleting the oldest episode when a new one records. I have series recording that I set up months ago that have more than 5 episodes recorded. I haven't changed any settings, so has something changed in the DVR software?

So... A couple of hours ago I started receiving e-mails indicating new VMs that actually happened hours earlier. Now I am receiving multiple copies of e-mails from earlier in the day. It seems that there was a problem in the AT&T e-mail system.
