I moved an entire infrastructure to work behind my RG. I used the public IP address capability and just set my routers (3 of them) with new public IP addresses that I was assigned, and even gave my layer 3 switch a public IP address (because I needed to have enough switch port presence for the other devices). Zero wiring reconfiguration. Simple changes for me, including D...

greetings, Boatsun - without the exact error message, and where you encountered it (on the RG logs?), and what was going on when you got it, it's difficult to know what you're referring to. If you get the error again, take a few moments to write it down or do a screen capture so we can see it.

Any advice? Either call AT...

It is a counter-intuitive configuration, so after trial and error for the past few hours, I've figured out how to do it. The directions are: Open a web browser to your homeportal (default is 192.168.1.254) Have the password for your 2Wire gateway handy 1. Click the Home Network icon and then click Advanced Settings 2. Enable the Public Routed Subinterface 3. Enter the pub...

Hi folks - I recently switched from ATT High-Speed Internet (DSL) service to Uverse service. ATT assigned a block of IP addresses for me, and we configured them in the Public Routed Subinterface, but we (me and ATT) haven't been able to get them routed from the public Internet to my router. Has anyone else had this problem, and what was the solution that they provided for...
