The email is probably an automated notification that your statement is ready. When you check your AT&T account online, do you see your payment being applied to your account?

You should access your AT&T online account and compare your current detailed billing summary with past ones. You can then do a line by line analysis to see what services might have changed, what prices are different and what discounts may have been removed.

You need to access your online account and do a line-by-line comparison of your current detailed bill summary vs past ones. You will find your answer after doing so and can then inquire about a specific line item if it is still unclear.

They can charge the $5 fee and act like that because paying through a customer rep is the last resort after: - sending a check through snail mail - paying online through your bank - paying online through AT&T site - enrolling in AT&T autopay - using an AT&T paystation at an AT&T retail store I prefer paying through my bank so that I don't have to enter/save any financial ...

Have you analyzed your detailed bill summaries for the 4 months in question to verify what you are being charged for, any discounts applied, any extra fees?...after doing so, you can then inquire about specific line items on your bill.

This may not be an AT&T issue but an identity theft occurence whereby someone used your personal info and SS# to open an account. You should investigate further.

Are you referring to email sent by you? Is the time difference off by exact hours indicating a time zone issue? Have you verified your time zone setting under your AT&T account profile?

When you check your AT&T account online, is there a balance that is past due? and if so, when was it due?

Have you looked at the detailed bill summaries to see what you are being charged for? and check the billing periods?

The situation you describe is the set top box remains on when the TV is off. Maybe you're pointing your Uverse remote in a direction that the TV receives the signal but the set top box does not.

This is not an AT&T issue. When you did a clean install of your OS, you also wiped out your drivers including the one for the ethernet adapter. Use your laptop, goto the Dell support site, download all the needed drivers for your PC on a USB drive, install the drivers on the PC.

Install your second router to where you placed the WAP for wifi signal in that area. Relocate the WAP close to your wireless set top boxes. If your set top boxes are close to an ethernet connection, you could disconnect the WAP altogether since it won't be needed.

Unplugging your router has no affect on what movies are shown - you were duped! Upgrade your TV package, subscribe to all the premium channels or get a video streaming subscription.

The Uverse remote has limited functionality in regards to controlling your TV, only the basics - channel, volume, input. The navigation arrows and enter key should allow you to select settings options IF it works (if you get lucky). The Uverse remote has no affect on the use of the TV remote - if you cannot use the TV remote, then that is a separate issue - check the batt...

The OK button is in the middle of the 4 cursor arrows on the remote as well as on the set top box.
