A few months ago I started using a Roku 3, via wired connection to the Gateway. All of the channels I use work great except for Amazon Instant Video. I finally got in touch with an excellent AT&T CSR who was able to contact the Yahoo and/or AT&T engineers. They're working on the problem and expect to resolve it tonight. Fingers crossed! If it doesn't get fixed I'll try your suggestion of the customer service team. Thanks! -- oobleck

I haven't found any way to report it to Yahoo. Every link I try tells me I have to go to AT&T for support. And AT&T says that Yahoo is supposed to support it. If you know of a way to get through to Yahoo please let me know. There are a couple of threads about it on Yahoo Answers, but I don't know if that does any good. -- oobleck

They finally fixed it, and it only took two months and 10 tech visits, along with some help from Alex's group. They eventually decided to split the POTS and U-verse onto separate pairs -- fortunately there was an extra pair available. Since you used to use the USB connection, I assume your PC is pretty close to the RG -- maybe too close? I've found that when I have my laptop a few feet from the RG the connection is slower and less reliable than when it's farther away. So you could try moving the RG away from the PC, or vice versa. The ethernet light blinks when there's traffic going in or out, including TV traffic. If it blinks all the time it might mean something you aren't aware of is talking to the net -- possibly you have an STB turned on. Don't know about the PNA light, but I'd guess it means one or more STBs are on. -- oobleck
