Send a pm to one of the Community Managers and ask them. They have helped me get desired results when other avenues fell short. Click on their name and you will be taken to their profile. You can leave the pm there.

The only way I have heard being able to watch recordings on a computer is to get Slingbox. I wish we could just watch them without jumping through the hoops.

Send a PM to a Uverse Care rep here in the forum. Give them all of your info along with your issue. They can help you when regular CS can't. Watch for a PM from them by looking at the little blue envelope near the upper right hand corner of the forum page. They will get in touch with you.

First do a hard reset of your RG or Residential Gateway. I usually disconnect the ac and take the battery out for 30 seconds then replace it. After it reboots do the same thing with your DVR STB, and all other STBs that you have. After they have rebooted try to access your recordings. If you still can't see them send a PM to one of the Customer Care reps here in the forum...

Many people left and went to other service providers for HMC and came back because the service was so poor. I chuckled when ATT announced the return of HMC and I wondered how many who got locked into contracts wish they could come back now?

Send a PM to Customer Care or a Community Manager. They can get you better results than regular CS. Give them your info along with a description of your issue and they will get in touch with you. Watch the little blue envelope at the upper right hand corner of the forum page for message notification. As they may contact you via PM as well. Let us know what happens.

...to Bernie who is an ATT manager. After he made some things clear to me about some promotions. He went beyond the call of duty and offered some solutions that are very good. To ATT and the other subs here in the forum, I want to say that there are people working for ATT who still strive to make sure there customers are satisfied. Thank you Bernie.

NBC wants us to go to their site to watch clips from the show. The networks determine what shows are offered to ATT on demand. You would think they ( the networks) would have all of their shows on demand. They have taken away the for and rew so we are stuck with watching the commercials. We are a captive audience.

Uverse is delivered to your home in four streams of Internet packets. Therefore we are limited to be able to,watch four different channel at one time. However, if all four streams are being used whether by recordings or all streams are being viewed. The other two TVs are Abe to watch different recorded programs. This is not meant as an excuse, but that is the service that ...

I suggest unplugging the power cable on your RG for 30 seconds and then reconnect it. After it reboots do the same thing with all of your STBs. If the problem still persists call TS at the number in my sig and ask the CSR to run a test on your service for errors.

I don't know if this will make a difference, but go to Adobe.com and check the knowledge base, or support there for an answer. I downloaded my flash player from there so you might try that if you haven't already.

If you have the Uvoice VoIP service the short tones followed by the long tone sounds like the stutter tone you get when you have a voice mail message waiting. The next time you here that tone enter *98 on the phone dial pad and then setup your voice mail by following the prompts. That is the stutter tone I get when there is a voice mail message waiting.

In your wifi settings on your Nook there should be something to the effect of discover new networks, or find networks, or add new network. Click on whatever it says and you should see your 2Wire network listed. When you select "Connect" it will ask you for the password. The password is located on the side of your RG or Residential Gateway. Once you enter that password you...

You can download the Uverse App to your tablet or smart phone and view video content that is available from Uverse. From the app you can also set up individual and series recordings of upcoming television programs. Delete recorded programs and view the Uverse guide.

The answer is, your results may vary. Because image quality is primarily in the eye of the beholder, some people say HDMI is better with sound and video quality. With HDMI you can also connect the STB to your surround sound receiver for surround sound audio. And then connect the surround receiver to your tv with an additional HDMI cable. With Component you would have to c...

If you now have Uverse TV, and Internet service you will be getting a new RG (Residential Gateway). The RG decodes the internet packets and then sent to the STBs.

The STBs do not boot up unless you do a soft or hard boot of the device. When an STB comes out of standby mode it will show the last channel that was being watched. The same goes for a recorded program also.
