I had the same problem after my update to. I ended up going to Samsung repair center [Plano Tx]. They were a little busy that day but it only took 3 hrs for them to fix it. They told me it was a software glitch....

You can always turn the TV off when you leave the room. Then it wont happen on that TV... In Dallas it is done every 3rd Wednesday at noon.

Try using your manual recording until they fix it - Click Recorded TV remote button then go to "Add recording" you can set up a bunch of shows real fast... Hope this helps

You can send a private message to the escalation team at ATT Customer Care and someone will get in touch with you in two to three business days to help you get a resolution to your problems. To check for their reply, click the little blue envelope. If no one else here can help you this is what I would do....

press your menu button then go to "On Demand" tab that is where you will find all your movies group together. There is also a "Uverse Screen Pack" tab. This is Uverse answer to Netflix. I think it cost 5 a month. You can also DL the Uverse app for phone or tablet and watch live tv and On Demand. This is free....

2 different house addresses can not share one HBO account. The 2 accounts have 2 different IPs. The only way I can think of doing it would be through your wireless phone carrier. Your shows will be limited cause your not on a Home Network....

I started watching "Countrys Family Reunion" on channel 566 In the bottom right corner of the screen is the emblem "fnHD". So it is Famnet just not HD....

I tried this the other day and it works for me. Just hold the "OK" button down on the remote 10-15 sec. The bar will pop up on the bottom of the screen. This sometimes help adjust the sound to picture. This is just something I found reading else where.

Try holding down the down arrow and OK button at the sametime on DVR. While holding down unplug the unit with other hand. Wait 15 seconds now replug it back in. Once the power is back on release the buttons. You will go through a Hard Reboot. This is different from the reboot listed above.
