I don't think AT&T has much say in that.. maybe someone here has had the same problem and can point you in the right direction. Maybe try yahoo tech support as well to see if someone there can help you out? It SHOULD stop sending mail to your junk mail folder since you clicked that it's not junk, though. Does yahoo has a "safe list"? I haven't used yahoo mail so I'm not su...

From what I understand, yeah latency can fluctuate during any given session. Not sure about what can be done on the user side, though One of the experts will have to offer input on that.

1) In a network, latency, a synonym for delay , is an expression of how much time it takes for a packet of data to get from one designated point to another. In some usages (for example, AT&T), latency is measured by sending a packet that is returned to the sender and the round-trip time is considered the latency. The latency assumption seems to be that data should be tran...

Selling is the tricky part, plus finding a place that everyone agrees on, haha. We saw this one house though.. It's SO amazing. Too pricey though ($498k)

25 is blocked for sure, or so it has been reported. Do you have another windows machine that you can try this on as well, if you haven't already?

Ah Yeah telnet is the classic way of doing things You have it under control. I read that AT&T blocks port 25 and you have to call them to get it opened. Maybe the ports you're seeing blocked are blocked on AT&T's side too? Weird though if you're seeing all incoming ports blocked. Try the linux server, though. Let us know how that goes.

Hmm... that's weird indeed. With DMZ failing as well, that rules out that you need to open up any more ports than you are. There may be another firewall somewhere in the setup that's blocking the ports. What you might want to try though, is telnet to one of the open ports to see if it gets through. If it does, then the ports not being open isn't the issue. How do you know...
