Lately this issue has been getting worse rather than better.

Same here! I have reported this issue and no one seems to care. I get over a dozen emails per day.

The e-mails all have @yahoo .com addresses and, unless they're being spoofed, it appears that they're all being randomly generated en masse as they contain random characters

Hello, For the past several weeks I've been receiving about 5 - 15 spam e-mails per DAY with the subject "auto response:". I flag each and everyone as spam, yet they still keep coming. It is obvious someone has discovered a way to beat the spam filter - is this an issue that's currently being addressed? It's rather annoying. Thanks

Be forwarned, this is more of a rant than anything. A client of mine has had horrible luck with her IFITL service. Last year she bought a new laptop and plugged it right into the ethernet outlet in her room where her desktop used to be. It worked fine for a few months then the NIC stopped working. Someone got her a USB NIC and she used that for a while. Four months ago TH...

Ok so now I'm a bit confused. My primary e-mail is a @bellsouth.net e-mail address that has been migrated to the Yahoo portal. You're saying I need to convert it to a free Yahoo account? So I won't be able to keep the @bellsouth.net domain? Or am I fine as is?

You guys should communicate this information to your customer service agents. When I cancelled my service, they told me I would lose my e-mail addresses, even if they had been migrated to the Yahoo portal.

Wow... Yea they've taken you for quite a ride. This IFITL garbage has to go for sure. It was fast and cutting edge 12 - 11 years ago. So much for investing in their infrastructure...

Its not anonymous if you're posting a comment while logged in with your Yahoo profile. Sorry. When you post a comment, under the form it says "You will be seen as:" with your name displayed. Heck, even underneath that it says "An Update about your comment will be shared via Yahoo! Updates" with an option to modify the share settings.

Ouch. Sorry to hear that. Calling tech support was such a pain in the *bleep*. I've got a B.S. in IT, years of tech support experience, and absolutely know when the problem is on AT&Ts end. I would always rule out my router and PC(s) as the culprit before calling the support line. I'd tell them my problem is on AT&Ts end and that I've done everything they're going to tell...
