Thanks, akee. My experience is much the same. A dialog window will give me the opportunity to click on "Check Connection." On other occasions, another window wil lgive me the opp;ortunity to "Reboot Gateway" (one can also do this by removing, then restoring, power to the unit. And as I said before, sometimes the issue will resolve itself, which I guess is the self-support ...

Thanks for asking this question and getting that helpful info from Akee. Some time ago I downloaded an AT&T "self support tool" that often seems to restore a broken connection --although not always, such as NOW! For the last hour or so I've been disconnected repeatedly. The connection finally seems steady again. I think it more likely than not a network issue. The problem ...
