I tried both. I got one reply the other day, followed the steps. Still had issues, I replied back. No reply. My signal goes out during rain more than ever before. It takes longer to come back. I have the Genie & mini genie, the mini gies out more than the main genie. Its getting worse. I'm also getting distorted sound on some channels. Now on ch276 I see distorted pics off...

Same issue with me. It loses the signal now, more than ever. I've had it for 17 years, it is worse than ever. Directv, what do you suggest? Its not 99 percent reliable as you advertise. Please reply.

Is the 54 better than the 44? I have the 44, had it almost 2 years. They say free upgrade, nothing was said about s/h, i have the protection plan. I guess i may have to pay that, not sure about install. I'll lose my recorded shows if i upgrade. I don't like that.

When i go to My Yahoo to reset my passord i get the message Access ID or Directv. No where does it let me reset my yahoo mail password.

I'm locked out of my yaoo mail. ATT says log into my att account. After i do that it's only for ATT accounts, not ATT Yahoo. How do i reset it?

Same issue here. ATT could not help me. I'm locked out of my yahoo mail. I log into my att account but it won't let me change my yahoo mail password, just ATT account. ATT can you help?

I see att's social media reps are just as bad as Verizon. I was looking to switch but if they can't reply on fb, pm's or tweets, I'll stick with verizon. I'll pay off my phones, lower my bill. Then I'll look at t-mobile or a carrier that is less costly.

After talking with att & dtv they said 3mbps is just enough for dtv. However the slow speed is the cause of buffering, speed in my area is not going to increase. While talking with the dtv case Mgr I ask about 4k progrmming. He said there were some movies in 4k but no other programming. He went on to say my users ever Internet would not support 4k, maybe I could d/l a movi...

Who can I contact at ATT? I'm in the middle here. I'm happy with ATT& Dtv. I just need to know who can tell me who is right on my speed for Dtv to work properly. Dtv says they don't have a way of telling attached my speed is too slow. ATT owns Dtv now but they operate separate.

The max speed I can get for users ever Internet is 3mbps. It's not fast enough for my Directv to work properly. ATT won't say if they are going to provide better service or not. I was misled when i moved my services. ATT's Web site stated my speed would be faster. Who can I contact about this?

I think it's on my end. I set the time on a ext. not the base. I set the base, now it appears it's correct with all phones. I thought the time would auto set by ATT, i was wrong. Thanks for your assistaance. Tom
