Thank You soooo.. much that is exactly what I was looking for. It is a shame that this information is not as easily accessible directly form AT & T's "Manage My Account" pages. I even enlisted a Chat agent and asked the same questions, and searched & searched the answer pages and never was directed here. It seems if AT & T engineers/techs whatever they are called are smar...

I logged into mywireless account & selected "change rate plan" & in the far right corner was a box that says Unlimited web & data for $30 per month when you click on it opens another window that says "The Freedom to Stay Connected" & further states unlimited when browsing & data plan for $30 per moth. & ask you to click to accept ter...

I am not real techno savvy and trying to decide how best to change my plans. I have 5 phones total 1 is an Iphone3g, two smart phones and one regular phone used strictly for phone calls not even texting. I currently have the 3000min Family Talk W/ rollover min. And 3 $15 data plans plus unlimited text messaging for $30, plus my most recent purchase was a laptop connect ca...

I did try to use this tool, but it seems that this is a PREDICTOR of usage based on your ESTIMATED minute/hours doing each of those tasks, rather than ACTUAL analysis of past usage to try to determine avg usage is this correct? And I could not correctly estimate, i dont think, Is it asking how many minutes it takes you to browse web, download, or read email? What happens ...

I am a current AT &T customer with Family talk 3000 plan. I just recently purchased my daughter in law an AT & T wireless internet device for her newly purchased Netbook, and understood the sales person at best Buy to say it had 250 limit/ I am unsure if that is 250 min, MGB. GB etc. and How do I know how that interprets into web browsing, email check, with or without att...

Thanks for all the replies, the replies somewhat gave me a frame of reference, to begin another discussion with Customer service or better yet The Corporate store that was suggested. When I attempted to upgrade to two Iphones when they were elgible for upgrades, I ran into a huge amount of trouble resulting in orders being cancelled 6 seperate times after allowing me to p...

Hello Hopefully someone can enlighten/help me. I am a 75yo customer w/ 5 phones on my account, for more than 7yrs . I currently have the Family Talk 3000 min plan. I was recently told that this plan is no longer offered, and if I switch I cannot go back to that plan. I was advised several years ago to upgrade from our 1400min plan after incurring overages. The problem I a...
