This is an update to my posting last night I went into the AT&T Warranty Exchange office today in Las Vegas and was lucky that the store manager was the one that waited on me. As soon as I told her what was happening she knew about the problem and told me she had a bunch of customers that already came in. The problem with AT & T Torch is the AT & T network for sure not the Blackberry Torch I have been on the phone with the network techs at AT & T and they had me on the phone with RIM, RIM and I went thru all kinds of tests.
