Nope, sorry, but I just read it and it basically says what I thought the answer was anyway.

My understanding of it is they are upping the bandwidth of the 3G and preparing a 4G roll-out too.

I am aware of at least 1 ATT center that wanted to close today/tomorrow, so they will close it if the weather is bad.

I know that at least 1 ATT call center is thinking about closing today/tomorrow, not sure if it actually will. I was made aware of this by some friends that work for the company. If the weather is bad they will close it.

The late fee of $5.00 will be charged to your next bill. Your current bill will never be changed unless you have had to call customer service for a charge/credit on the account, but late fees, reconnection fees, termination fees, etc, are all charged on the next bill. Hope this helps!

I have 3 Apple stores in my proximity: Altamonte Springs, Florida Mall, and Mall at Millenia. All of them are always crowded all the time. I'm sure it will only get worse for the big V's launch.

What I still don't get is: why would Apple even bother make a phone that's already outdated in my opinion? Well they kinda did that with the original iPhone, when 3G was already out - but still, they were new to the game. Now they know how the game works, but they still released a outdated phone. Maybe is a money deal or something.

Proud to say the post that I was referring to was edited, I guess the mods shared my opinion on how outrageously demeaning it was.

Rick, I don't care what kind of bad day you've had with ATT. You need to stop bashing reps. I don't come to your job and complain about your business practices, so lay off these people that are taking their time to reply to you and THEY ARE NOT PAID FOR IT.

I'd like to take some time today and talk about ATT customer service reps. Every single rep that posts on this forum are the ones I hope and pray for when I call in. All reps that have been posting, and I wont name them because I don't want to leave any out, all of them are really wonderful. No matter if they are working for a 3rd party that does customer service for ATT ...

If you have the bill, on the bill will be the address. If not, call customer care - they can make the payment for you. 1-800-331-0500. Hope this helps!

Yes, and A: YES, B: NO. If you do an upgrade on your line, the other contract is unaffected. And if he wants to cancel, you'll be forced to go into a new individual plan for yourself. Only thing to you is the price will be lower, but you'll lose all rollover minutes accrued with the old family talk plan. Your contract will not be extended for a plan change. Hope this help...

Yup, its called a cross upgrade. Usually most corporate stores can complete these without any problems, although you both might want to go. Depending on how they do it, you might have to have both SIM cards replaced. At the very least the new iPhone 4 will need a SIM, but its a chance that the other SIM will be turned off too. I hope this helps. EDIT: Oh and make sure she...

All smartphones, and all iPhones (other than the original iPhone) are elegible for these monthly discounts from your job or school. I guarantee you, I've got 4 iPhones on my account, all with the discount off their data plan.

Login to your wireless account online, in the upper right hand corner you'll see the FAN number and name. That confirms the discount. If you need to know the actual percentage, you'll have to call customer service or ask your work. Customer service can look it up really quick though. Hope this helps!
