when the call comes in yes but until that time youre supposed to sit like a statue? thats a harsh working environment if you ask me. i have worked in many call centers and i have never been in one where you couldnt talk to your neighbor at all. people talk to one another, it happens. i dont agree with what happened in this instance but to not be able to talk to your neigh...

sure. you can do what you want to with the upgrade as long as you realize that the line that is upgraded will be locked into a contract and will not be able to upgrade again for another 21 mos or whatever it is at the time you want to upgrade. if you get the iphone 4 tho it will have a new smaller sim so you'll want to tell the store, if you go to the store, what youre pl...

occasionally when lines are created as family plan something goes wrong and the account is created with two separate lines instead. just call customer service or create an online acct and send an email and it can be fixed along with your bill. you dont have to wait til your bill comes out just do it asap and we'll take care of it. as for the transfer of service, i suggest...

first of all, i am soo sorry that happened. no matter what company the customer service is thru thats just not good. i can say, and this is NOT an excuse of any kind bc it was wrong, that sometimes people sit with other people as a learning tool one way or the other. that being said, even if someone is sitting with you as a learning tool, neither person should speak to an...

i looked it up a little better. it had just changed but i do apologize for the misinformation. apparently it changed the 29th or thereabouts. i also looked and if you do the cancellation that gives you 39 mos to keep your number you do not have to have a credit check or a deposit to reinstate the service BUT if you reinstate the service and then request again, we will hav...

you can call in and request a military suspension however, since it might be a little hard to do that since youre in japan you could also email in. you will have to have an online account, which you can register for if you dont have one already. the email team will be happy to help you with this request.

if you have created an online account, you can send an email from the contact us page explaining the situation. your email will go to a dedicated email department who will be able to handle your issue. if for some reason it bills incorrectly before you can get an email to this deparment, if you put that in your email as well, this department can fix this too.

yeah but even if they hacked your online account, if you have one, they still couldnt read your text messages. att does not list those on the online account. as for simply calling att with a warrant. its not that easy. they can call and tell customer service day long that they have a warranty and customer service does not have access to the text messages. there are quite ...
