There's a 50k bandwidth cap on the MC, why data and most MMS fail. I have plead my case to at&t, they don't care.

My Skyrocket works as well, however, the phone will not connect automatically. I simply put the phone in/out of airplane mode to connect to the MicroCell.

It has served me well, but don't ever count on sending MMS via the MC, most messages will fail due to the 50k bandwidth cap on these devices; phone calls and standard txt messaging are not affected. I am disappointed and embarrassed for at&t for having such a restriction in place. Something like this could make or break the companies reputation but yet they fail to realiz...

I spoke too soon, service is out again right now! It strange that I kept getting these activation successful text/email when I never actually re-provisioned the unit.

Wow, weeks later and still the same crappy service. Where is this new speed test that was {language filter violation} to me? Sill unable to send MMS! BS!

MMS will work after multiple attempts but I do believe it has a lot to do with the upload cap, causing the time outs.

After countless calls with tech support and customer service, I received a call explaining why I had trouble sending MMS. My problem is due to the bandwidth restriction, 50k down/1.5mbps up. "A software to increase the limit is being tested." Wow, took them this long to call and tell me this?

Yes, service was out around 5PM Friday and did not return until almost noon on Saturday. Then again tonight, currently on hold for more than 23 minutes already and no one has answered yet.

They actually credited my account the $150.00 minus tax that I paid, tell customer service to issue you a credit. I'm in Palm Springs and have noticed too many disconnects. The "weekly" outage is not as frustrating as trying to send MMS...failed, failed, failed!!!
