if they have them in stock, then of course! But why wait until July? They are released in June.

why not just pre-order online with delivery at home or your place of business? You will not have to wait in line and you get it the same day as the offical release date.

you understand correctly. you pay 25.00 for 2gigs and if you want the right to tether then you pay 20.00 extra per month. That's right 45.00 for 2gigs and the right to tether 10.00 extra for each gig over 2 gigs 75.00 per month for 5 gigs if you plan on tethering

The world at large is mostly on the GSM standard. AT&T also is on the same standard here in the US. It only make sense from a hardware perspective to go with a carrier that is also GSM like T-Mobile. edit: In case you might wonder, the iPhone uses communication radios that operate on the GSM standard.

either via web or in person is fine. the phone number does not transfer until you activate the new iphone 4 anyway so you'll be fine

This so-called 'test' is bogus. The strike patterns on the photo indicate that it was hit at specfic points with a blunt instrument.

um no, you are not 'screwed' as you eloquently put it. Reserve the phone you wish, then use the debit card to purchase the phone in store. Problem solved.
