I have the Arris NVG599 router that AT&T requires to be used if you want their Internet service. I am trying to open a port, which the router indicates is open. However, using a third-party port checker, I get a report that it is closed. I feel that this is accurate because the device I am trying to use works perfectly on my WAN but not the LAN.
