To better understand, why would testing in the 200's and 600's be more important or of value vs. in the lower channel area where I experienced the problem? Mark

Since the equipment is so new I cannot answer the question. We only watched those 2 channels Sunday afternoon and evening. So given that their selection was random x2, I find it hard to believe that problem is isolated to them unless the problem tends to be present in low vs. high channel numbers. The 5 TV Genesis SWIM system was installed last Thursday along with a new HD dish. Looking to double check what I was just told by ATT representative. If I purchase a refurbished iPhone 4 (as essentially a new phone for my upgrade) although ATT's warranty is only 90 days the Apple warranty for the phone (I suspect since it's new to me) is a full year. If you do not know the answer I wouldn't mind a suggestion of who I could double check with. Mark

Symptoms: 1. snow on all 4 TV's 2. snow regardless of receiver (DSS1 -- DSS2) 3. snow despite reboot of receivers 4. snow despite reboot of dual digital modulator 5.
