My Microcell is back up and running. ATT had to manually remove my device from their database. I was able to reactivate it this morning. Everything is working fine again. It is so nice to have 5 bars of signal while working in my home office which is in the basement.

Got this from Tech support at ATT. "The Microcell WebTool has been having intermittent problems since the maintenance update on 10/17. As of 10/18 at 8:00am CDT OLAM/FOAM was back up and running. However, as with any major IT release, OLAM/FOAM platform can be sometimes unstable. This is because of the extent that changes can be tested in QA environment to mimic productio...

Thanks for the link to the trouble shooting manual. I hae everything set as described, but still can not get a 3G lock when the microcell is attached to my router. The microcell works fine when connected directly to the cable modem.

I turned off the Firewall on my LinkSys router, rebooted everything and am now watching the 3G flash away with no locking. I will shortly be looking for a new router. Any recommendations for a router without WiFi that works with the 3G Microcell? thanks Scott

I have a Linksys BEFS BEFSX41 X41 router that has a DMZ port available on Port #4. I can get my Microcell working fine if I place it inbetween my Comcast cable model and the router. However, I would prefer to have it attached to the DMZ on the router. I have tried configuring the router with the appropriate ports set to Forward, the DMZ turned on the port 4, MTU set to 14...
