I think they should confirm with us before letting a third party add to our bill, this is a good reminder for everyone to check their bill every month and not get comfortable trusting the service provider with auto-pay. I'm not trying to imply anything, I'm stating as a fact that at&t could set up a system to send me an email so I can confirm a third party charge before they apply it to my bill.
