If you are eligible for an upgrade, you can upgrade just fine, however the phone has to be activated within 14 days of shipment or your line can be suspended, and then if not activated within 30 days of shipment your line would be cancelled, billed ETF (of original contract if you still have one) and full retail for phone

This as well is my last post, because like before its like beating a dead horse. What you left out of that quote from consumer reports is; Over half of the survey respondents who used AT&T as a carrier owned some version of the iPhone, the Apple smart phone that is exclusive to AT&T, at least for now. Consumer Reports data, reflecting all versions of the phone, found that...

Here are some bits and pieces of things you have said in this post The survey represents a cross section of the overall customer base. Theoretically, the number they surveyed is more than enough to get an accurate poll. The sample sizes are always MUCH smaller than the actual population, and they are generally pretty accurate. Whether you survey 1000, 10,000, or 100,000 p...

So did you actually see the questions in the consumer survey? Probably not as I just researched for over an hour and did not find what ACTUAL questions were asked (goes to show reliability). And your "formula" works for the "pets" survey situation, not for a survey about a particular company when you would need to survey a bigger number of people. Consumer Reports themsel...

Whether or not you use a complicated formula or a simple one as theres 100 people surveyed and 50 are unsatisfied then thats 50% satisfaction rate. However in this case whatever formula you use the result will be the same. POTENTIALLY the most percentage of dissatifaction that this survey would prove is essentially .06%.... (since there was only 58,000 surveyed) again the...

There is no difference in plan pricing wether you have a contract or not. Also just to clear it up and put it out there, even without a contract you STILL have to have a data plan on smartphones.

Its a feature called WORLD TRAVELER. $5.99/MO and it gives you discounted rates when traveling internationally, if you are not traveling, go online or call customer care 611 or 18003310500 to have the feature removed.

No problem, Best buy uses a different order system for upgrades and such, sometimes tho you do want to be careful of upgrading with NATIONAL RETAILERS, as i have seen them add features without telling the customer, but personally, i upgrade all the time at best buy due to the prices. And you FAN discount doesnt change the requirements...I wish it did lol.

Late fee is a one time charge, no interest, but you will still get charged your montly service fees, and when you restore your account, you will get charged a 36.00 restoral fee (appears on the following bill), now when you were paying online, it should have said CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD charges blocked, or they should have been able to tell you that over the phone....anywa...

Call customer care, let them know what happened, so they can backdate the plan. 1.800.331.0500 or 611 from your cell phone

no, unfortunately when you port a number it cancels the contract...so unfortunately there is no way to port your number to VZM, get a new number and keep the same contract and plan...so if you do port your num to VZM then yes you will be charged teh ETF and theres no way around that.
