The third-party vendor for MusicID 2 is Shazam Entertainment. You should be able to look them up online and find a contact number. . To my knowledge we do assit with billing for third party subscriptions . You can log into att.com/db and see if your currently subscribed through att to the music id2 servce. You never mentioned where and how you dowloaded the app or what ph...

I agree with skywalker. It's probably a router setting issue. You can go to att.com/3gmicrocell > click on the specifications tab > the last paragraph has the settings you can compare to your router. If you don't know how to access the router settings you can : A) call the router manufacturer for the address to type into your browser - or - B) call the ISP that provided y...

We always advise to use the area code when dialing regardless of location. We are aware that making local calls is possible without it. The ATT network is set up use the area code so we don't garantee that it will work without out it.

I doubt you'll have a problem with windows phones. Windows phones such as HTC 8125 HTC 8525 and HTC8925, update directly though windowsmobile.com and htc.com the new windows seven phones use ZUNE like apple uses itunes. I used a blackjack II, an HTC8925 (tilt), a HTC pure, and an HTC tilt 2 using 6.5 then later sense. I was never required to update my phone unless I wante...

It's a standard messege that appears on all phones. It does erase all user inputed data i.e contacts, messeges, pictures, music etc. The desktop manager has media manager and it can use it to "drag and drop" pics and media to the pc. After you go through the intial set up, log in to your "Blackberry account" on your phone by going in to setup or on a computer at att.black...

The online AT&T Address Book is kinda cool, but it has 2 major limitations: 1. it requires paying for a data plan and, 2. it doesn't sync directly to the computer--you have to export your contacts to it and...

You do know you can get a 3g go phone for like 25 bucks at the att wireless site right? And you can return that other phone or any new equipment within thirty days to the place of purchase. If your outside your initial 30 days you can still "get out of your contract" with a modest early termination fee. And it beats the paying over 100.00 a month for 24 months. And you su...
