Using DirecTV as an example is NOT valid since DirecTV was bought BY AT&T. Yahoo was bought by a DIRECT competitor of AT&T and it is NOT good for AT&T to rely on a competitor to provide a major feature. Sort of like Ford relying on GM to build and maintain transmissions used in Ford vehicles: GM's needs/wants would always take precedence over those of Ford. Ditto Verizon'...

Rachel, may I ask a clarifying question? So if an iPhone 6s breaks, you can remove the Nano-SIM from it and put it into an iPhone 5 that is your spare? Or if you by an iPhone 6s, you can take the card from your iPhone 5 and you're good to go? This is assuming you don't change plans between phones.

I received an email that purports to come from AT&T referring to my account that ends with the numbers "XXXX". Since my combined billing account does not end with those numbers, I know it is a phishing email and would like to report it to AT&T. However I can't find the email address to use under the Contact Us link. Anyone know what it is?

Liz, if you look here https://mystream.com/en/services/mobile/plans you'll see there is an "unlimited" plan for $65; the catch is that it is a "CDMA4GLTE" plan, not a "GSM4GLTE" plan. Of course those are only the NAMES of the plans.

OK, liz, I see it now. The move to Cricket is a suggested interim step if the OP wants to leave AT&T completely.

Judy, I personally use Mac OS (it has been almost 8 years since I used a PC regularly) but from what I've read the BEST thing to do is to take your current PC to a reputable service center and have them check it for any malware that might be installed currently and remove it. Also make sure you have the most up-to-date anti-malware blocking software installed immediately ...

Just read that when your current 2-year contract ends, you will no longer have the option to sign up for another contract. So this brings up the following questions: 1. Since part of your 2-year contract bill was to pay off the phone purchase, any idea as to how much the monthly bill will go down? 2. Since you will have to pay full price for any new phones, will said phon...
