Liz, if you look here https://mystream.com/en/services/mobile/plans you'll see there is an "unlimited" plan for $65; the catch is that it is a "CDMA4GLTE" plan, not a "GSM4GLTE" plan. Of course those are only the NAMES of the plans.

OK, liz, I see it now. The move to Cricket is a suggested interim step if the OP wants to leave AT&T completely.

Judy, I personally use Mac OS (it has been almost 8 years since I used a PC regularly) but from what I've read the BEST thing to do is to take your current PC to a reputable service center and have them check it for any malware that might be installed currently and remove it. Also make sure you have the most up-to-date anti-malware blocking software installed immediately ...

Just read that when your current 2-year contract ends, you will no longer have the option to sign up for another contract. So this brings up the following questions: 1. Since part of your 2-year contract bill was to pay off the phone purchase, any idea as to how much the monthly bill will go down? 2. Since you will have to pay full price for any new phones, will said phon...

Your account may NOT have been hacked but your email address may have been cloned. This is very prevalent with those who use Outlook. What happens is that a PC will be infected by malware and the malware will "harvest" all contacts stored in Outlook and send them back to the malware perpetrator. This low-life will then use those email addresses as BOTH targets of SPAM/mal...

That is typical of AT&T's convoluted billing system. Something similar happened when I ported my late mother's phone number to my cell phone (the number had been in the family since October 1959): On 26 December 2015 I received my bill covering the date of the phone number change. It was DOUBLE my regular bill initially. I was finally able to puzzle out what AT&T did. OK,...

This is a follow-up to HOW convoluted the billing went. On 26 December 2015 I received my bill covering the date of the phone number change. It was DOUBLE my regular bill initially. I was finally able to puzzle out what AT&T did. OK, the old phone number was in effect for about the first six days of the billing cycle, then the new number was in effect for the remaining po...
