Typically the "poles" are placed by the power company even though they are called "telephone poles". I assume that goes back to the days when the poles were used for telegraph service? AT&T usually has a rental contract with the power company to be able to place their cabling on the poles the power company provides. I would contact your local power company and start there...

That would only be used for a cable system that does not use a set top box, or for over the air antenna input. You would need to switch your input on the TV to whatever input you plugged the HDMI cable in to. Normally HDMI 1, 2, 3, 4 etc. Once on the correct input you will need to then change channels on the U-verse set top box.

@Codieland You can actually set up Outlook to be imap also. If you do that all your devices will sync. I have my Outlook set up like that and no matter which device I send or receive mail from the others all update with the same information. Sounds like you subscribe to Max 18 for internet. That service provides 18 down and 1.5 up. With a tweak awhile ago AT&T seems to better those numbers by a little bit. So 22 X 2 is about right.

Sounds like your Panasonic phone answering machine is answering before U-voice voice mail. Check and delete the messages on your answering machine. Post up the model number of your phone and I can take a look at the user guide if you don't know how to do it.
