You are absolutely correct. I was receiving a discount on the $9.99/month voice-only lines before I added another line and upgraded my plan. Apparently I must of been grandfathered as that discount has now gone away. :-( I am still getting the discount on my primary line though. And I will be getting a discount on the text plan starting next month. I had both our local co...

I did email our Director for Mobile Communications and he replied "there should be no limit on the number of lines that receive the discount". In fact, he also said I should start seeing a credit on my bill if I have a text plan (which I do). He also cc'd our local ATT account rep, so I am hoping to have my discount reinstated. Thanks for all your replies.

Hello. I was on the FamilyTalk 550 plan with 3 lines and was getting my corporate 18% for each line. Last month, I added a new line and had to upgrade to the FamilyTalk 700 plan (so I could add a 4th line). My latest bill shows discount only on my primary line, but not on the other 3 lines. I talked to a ATT customer service rep (via 611) and she told me that the "policy"...

I ordered a black 16gb on 6/21 and have been checking my order status 10x a day. I just checked my premier status and it still shows "processing", but the regular order status shows a tracking number for "Various SIM" shipped via fedex delivery for 6/25. Fedex page shows package weighs 1lb. Could that be my iPhone or just a very large SIM card?
