I was just told by AT&T Customer service that I can't move and add my number to family plan of ATT which has a single line in different area code. Both are in NY state, and I never had this issue with Verizon wireless Family Plan. I have both area code numbers for last 5-6 years on Verizon family plan. I have ordered on June 12th from Premier, as adding a second line to our existing account. No response what so ever. Status website says order received. This is very frustrating to wait with out any status update. Even if they say there is a backlog, I am happy to wait. But having no updated status is not an acceptable customer service.
