Similar problem here. I used the default email app to set up my yahoo.com email. It worked for the first few days both on my Wi-Fi and 4G. A day or so ago I started getting "Connection Error" when I tried to refresh and check for new mail. My problem seems different because it does still receive and send email but I get the "Connection Error" prompt when doing it. Android ...

Also in case anyone is wondering... The so called "feature change" they are stating is me chaning from the iPhone 4 to the 4S, which requires you to choose Unlimited Data for iPhone 4S. Regardless of the reason for the change the charge is bogus.

I have had my run ins with ATT. Earlier this year I had one with them concerning the option to remove the ATT Navigator service, which the OLAM had a check box that clearly led you into thinking you were removing the feature when in fact it did not. This time I look at my bill and my unlimited Data charge was $31. Yes its just a dollar but its an unexplained charge. When I...

I currently have family talk 1400. We use about 60 minutes each month and have 11500 plus rollover. I know I will lose my rollover if I change plans but Im not worried about that. Im looking for any differences between the two plans other than just minutes. Will I be losing any features going from the the 1400 to the 700 Family Talk ? It seems that at the time I chose the ...

Is the tethering on the iPhone 4 through ATT AD HOC or Infrastructure? I know on 4.2.1 using MyWi its AD HOC but wonder about 4.3.x with tethering enabled through ATT.

I have searched through my account online trying to locate the end date for each line we have. Where is this located ? Of the 4 lines we have, the one in question is the only one that does not have a wireless contract link, however even when viewing that link on the other lines I cannot find a contract end date.

If the process requires renewing the contract then I believe the account holder will have to be present. Authorized user can make changes to plans but cannot do anything that requires signature of the account holder.. ie.. renewing a contract.

You upgrade to an iPhone 4 on your existing line. A month later you lose your iPhone but cannot afford to get another one. What options are available? For example would you be locked into that plan and just activate a different phone on it? If you did not want or need that plan anymore would have to play the term fee and just start a new plan on the different phone ? If th...

I have been getting the same error message frequently and it started immediately after applying the latest OS update on my iPhone 4. Maybe just a coincidence ?

What gets me is they have the option check box under features to opt out of the feature but it does not remove it. How hard is it to remove that and simply put in text that you must call to disable ? Its not hard so I have to believe they leave it that way for a reason and there is only one reason... $ When I asked why they had the misleading opt out check box they replied...

You must call ATT directly and request that the feature be removed. I recently had a run in with ATT about this because on their feature site under wireless account they have a check box to opt out even though selecting it will not remove the feature. I asked why they have a check box that clearly leads you to believe checking it removes the feature however does nothing a...

I called today and explained my situation again. I think it all depends on who you talk to. The girl that handled my called tried everything she could but with the order in progress she was not able to make any changes. She put me on hold to call another department then came back with another person on the line with us and handed it off to her. She was very nice, asked for...

If your using the Ipod App (interface) then the music will continue to play. Some exceptions still apply though for example if you start an application that accesses the audio like playing a youtbue video. In that case the music would stop. I check emails, send SMS, browse pages, etc. There are also some apps that play music like Pandora. This application will not continue...
