Now, my question is, can I upgrade and get back on contract or do I have to upgrade through Next only?

It would have to equal 12 monthly payments. So if I paid 2 months, then I can pay 10 and upgrade, or, if I paid 6 months already, I can pay another 6 months and move up. This is all on the 20 month plan

Hello, I'm currently on Next on the 20 month plan. I was told that once I pay 2 months, I can accelerate my payments and upgrade early. My plan, after my next bill, is to call ATT, pay the 10 months off, and get another phone. Here's where it gets sticky. I would like to go back on contract. One rep says I can. Once I give back the phone, I can do whatever I want. I can g...

I checked again with the NBO office and they said that even though they're both mine, they can't transfer the MiFi on the NBO plan out and if they transfer the personal plans onto the NBO account, the plans and features much be current. I'm going to leave the accounts alone. The only inconvenience is the different billing dates. Henry

I just noticed something. I wasn't trying to do a transfer of responsibility. I was trying to merge the two account. I own both of them so I'll still be responsible. Thanks for any advice, Henry

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll leave it alone then. The only inconvenience that I was trying to get rid of was the two separate bill dates. I could live with since any other option would increase the price of my plan.

Hello, I have 2 at&t accounts. One is a personal line, with a FAN discount, that has both mine and my wife's iPhones. This plan has the grandfathered unlimited data attached, 200 bonus minutes and unlimited family texting with mobile to mobile for $20. My other at&t account is a NBI account with a MiFi hotspot on it with a grandfathered 3GB DataConnect mobile hotspot plan...

Hello, I have a question about upgrades and early upgrades. I have a family plan and my first phone is eligible for an upgrade. My second phone is eligible for an upgrade on 4/2012. It's eligible for an early upgrade though. Here's my question about upgrades: 1. I know that my regular upgrades on my plan are 17 months apart for my first line and 20 months for my second li...

After the new mobile to any mobile plan came out, I called customer service and asked to drop my minute plan down from 1400 to 700. I then asked if I could keep my A-List and 11,000 rollover minutes. They let me keep my A-List and only 5,000 rollover minutes. I then talked about dropped calls and how Verizon's service is more reliable in NYC than at&t. The rep asked what ...

It's not a one time bonus. The Retentions department gave me 200 monthly recurring bonus minutes for life and the A-List on my account for free also.

Drop your plan down to the 700 minute plan and ask for bonus minutes. I got 200 bonus minutes for each of my three lines and they don't expire. The bonus minutes aren't shared though. That turned my 700 minute family plan into a 1300 minute family plan.
