I see you referred to it as a wifi device. If you're having trouble getting on the Internet using the wifi part, it's not an AT&T thing, your wifi settings could be messed up. If you're trying to access the Internet through AT&T's data plan, you might want to log on to the Online Account Manager and make sure you still have a Data plan added to your account. Additionally, ...

I don't know if this will help, but I was just reminded it's always good to have the latest ROM update on Windows Mobile devices that are going haywire Here is HTC's support/ROM upgrade list for the Tilt .

AT&T's 30 day return policy really consists of sending you a refurbished phone as a replacement. If you don't agree it's physical damage, I'd take it to an AT&T store and let them decide. Did you get the insurance? And last but not least, if it isn't Physical damage and AT&T won't admit it is a corrupt phone, maybe getting in contact with LG would be a good thing to do abo...

I didn't call at&t and tell them about my new card numbers, so one month i overlooked that and forgot to pay, and something like 20 days past due (i think it was closer to 15) my phone got turned off for a couple hours after i called and made everything right, i checked voicemail and sure enough had a call from at&t a couple days prior, but nothing in the magnitude you're ...

Lol, come on mike, pretty soon t-mobile is going to ask for roll over mins too but seriously i think the fave 5 was their answer to roll over minutes. Hey i've heard of people calling and asking customer service for extra roll over minutes before to tide them over till the new billing cycle. I wouldn't know how to start THAT conversation, but I guess it's an idea Message E...

Susie, i've heard of that before with people who have a pay as you go plan. I'd say your best bet, short of trying another web browser, would be to call customer support (611 on your at&t phone, or 800-331-0500 from any phone). Also though, are there any issues you think we could help with, give advice on or anything?

There are subtle differences, examples are... Being required to sign up for a data plan for a specified amount of time, and having to pay an additional early termination fee to the authorized reseller as well as AT&T. Hope some more people have some more insightful replies for you than me. I feel comfortable in saying that talking about your different plan and phone option...

Sorry, my mistake, i was confused and thought you said your phone said it was corrupt before you downloaded it. Sorry ! What a weird thing to happen then.

Just because everyone else is throwing their opinions in to this thread, i think i'll add mine- now that you've gone through this experience, next time your phone says the file could be corrupt... Well, just think about what could happen to your phone if you ignore that warning next time! A program isn't worth it to me if it might do something like that to the phone. What ...

When you log in to AT&T's online account manager, it will show you how much data you've been using for that billing cycle. It only shows it up to a certain day, so in a couple of days check it out. At least you'll know what kind of extra charge to expect this month!

Kudos to you. when you log into at&t's online account manager, it shows the phone you have your sim card in for quicker device support. You're supposed to set this manually, but i've noticed it has changed on me before after switching my sim card between phones. It might be a start. also, maybe at&t customer support will tell you what phone they show the sim card in. I've...

Doing a master reset is different for every phone, but dig around the phone settings menu for it. It's usually in the same place that you can reset just the settings and such. Probably easy to find
