If you terminated your contract and paid the etf, they should be able to give you the unlock code. Try calling customer service again - they are the only place you can get it from.

There should not be any fees to put your account in combined billing, if you call Wireless Service they should be able to set it up for you without any extra "fees"

That is not an issue with AT&T though. Asurion is the one that offers the phone insurance. And the only one I might add, as several other companies use them too. Anyway, they are an actual insur...

If you have a windows mobile phone, you can check in the deleted items folder. If not there, then no other way.

The numbers listed in the call history on the device is only going to show calls made from that exact device. Swapping, cloneing, etc of the SIM would not make the calls show up in the call history because it is still being made from a def device. You may want to check and make sure the phone's time is correct. You may want to also double check and make sure you are looki...

Feature changes, Rate Plan changes, etc etc etc has no affect on your contract. The only thing that will affect your contract is getting a phone at a discount, which is, by definition, an upgrade.

Since you changed the line to a gophone, you likely arent going to be able to pay it online. What you'll need to do is call Customer Service and give them your account number. They will be able to take your payment.

By the time he buys the phone though, and pays for the service, it would have likely be...

Service providers done just cancel your service when you contract us up. You can just go month to month, without renewing, until you leave and THEN cancel it.

Your best option is going to be saying with your current provider until you travil, then switching to AT&T when you return. Because you cant pause your contarct. You will have to pay a min of 9.99 being in a Family Plan. However, like I said, you can stay with your current provider once your contract is up, until you leave, then cancel.

It's ok. It's an understandable problem, but it is also one which not much an be done about. There are so many things that can interfear with cellular reception - from the construction (Or even the construction materials) of your home, to how your area is "shaped" geographically, and many many other things. It really is impossible to have complete overage in all places.

1) The only thing that would be supported by AT&T would be microcell. You can go to a local store and see if it is avaliable in your area. Though, it is unlikely as the places it is avaliable are rather limited. 2) You can BUY and landline from AT&T. However, no wireless carrier is going to "give" you a land line due to spotty/no coverage at your home. 3) Yes, chat closes...
