I understand now that I won't have a buffer when I turn the unit on. But why don't I have a buffer after using the unit? I ont have any minis. Just a Genie and a GenieGo.

Anytime I turn on my Genie there is no live TV buffer unlike the previous models that would have a buffer for the last channel you were watching. That's annoying when you arrive home in the middle of something. But I can be watching recorded shows for hours and swtich to live TV and often hae no buffer either? What is happening and is there anything I can do about it?

This is happening to me too. I have 3 old mailboxes that do successfully foward. But after creating 4 new ones recently, I am unable to forward as the verification link fails. I too was transferred to a 3rd party whose only goal was to trick me into buying a service. I have no idea what AT&T is doing with support. I do know that this issue on the Yahoo side. I got a new Genie (HR44) and a GenieGo. I cannot set up Out of Home Access. My current set up is this: I have a 2Wire 3801HGV with IP 192.168.1.254.. I just got a Genie and the technician suggested only using WiFi to connect to my home network. I prefer hard wiring my devices when I can. Is there an issue with plugging my Genie into a hub which is connected to my router?

Do you know where I can complain about this to where it will make it to the decision makers? If what you say is true then there should be a setting to support my remote. No longer being able to pause live TV when I am in my Playlist is close to a deal breaker for me.

Pressing pause while on the Playlist no longer pauses live TV in the PIP. Instead it plays the program currently selected in the Playlist. Is this a bug or is there a setting that could fix this?

All the videos I navigate to using media share have X's next to their title. When I select one, it doesn't play. I have an HR20/700 with software 0x368. I can't find a list of the file types my DVR should be able to play. Does anyone know? Also, can I play a video from a USB drive?

I have a LVM-47W1 and the 10000 code seemed to work for me. But it only works when the indicator is on TV. Before I swapped out my TV, I could use the TV Power On/Off switches to turn the TV and DVR on/off at the same time. Now those buttons only work the DVR. Did I forget t do something?
