Any word on when the 950 will be released? Looks like a nice phone so may get it when it comes out depending on price.

A friend just signed up with att after getting tired of the usual Verizon red tape. He set it up with an inexpensive Lumia 520 and is very happy with att. He was hoping to use his Samsung s3 mini from Verizon since its supposed to be unlocked. From what it sounds like he can't get anything to work, and the phone says its an unregistered SIM. He's in another state so I can'...

Does att let you use a smartphone on the $2 day gophone plan for voice and text?

I would call back and try to talk to someone that will have the authority to credit or send out a microcell with a waived price (either reduced or maybe even free). There may be a cap on what a regular customer service rep can authorize(such as up to a certain dollar amount). In medical situations ive seen where att was very good at working with the customer.

I didnt think they had one either but it seems att is very strict with next. A friend tried to get it with very good credit but was turned down for next. A week later he got a letter in the mail mentioning his internal score from att being the factor. The stores near me claim only around 5% that try for it are approved. My friend was able to get it after two or three onti...

Theres also an internal att score that can be a factor. I think it has a range of 0 to 999 or something similar. I always get mine from att to know where im at and what I can do in terms of next, adding lines, etc. After a few months of ontime payments your chance at next will go up a lot most likely. Once you build up a little post paid history things should be smooth sa...

After the rush of everyone trying to get the phone dies down, I'm thinking of going to the att store and getting the iPhone 6. For those who just got it is it a worthwhile upgrade over the 5?

I definitely like the older board better. The older one seemed more user friendly.

I went with my cousin to set him up with a go phone a few days ago and there was no activation fee. I'd go back and get a refund if they charged you one.

I like the next option. I recently paid off my phone and now have the $45 plan so the bill is reasonable. If I got a two year phone the monthly plan would go up to 60. When I need a new phone I'll compare what the phone costs and if the next payment makes it more than 60, I might as well do the two year and save a few. An new iPhone would most likely be cheaper on the two ...

I would dial *646# to check the minutes. If that doesnt show them, a call to cs should tell you what you have available until next cycle. Keep in mind when you change the plan, the minutes could be prorated which could temp change what you have available until the next cycle starts.

When i get a phone in the att store i always get one sim, but when i order through the mail they always give me two. I figure its a nice backup to have in case my sim gets lost or wears out so i dont have to go up to the store or wait for one in the mail. I thought it was just a mistake but ive ordered three phones and each one came with an extra sim.I actually had to use...
