Hey tjxolo, There are couple of possibilities (you can see what the charges are for on your bill), could be data or minutes overages, $2 on your basic phone is definitely for ppu data access. Have you made any changes to your plan recently? d.

There is an easy way to find out! Just look under Settings --> Notifications, scroll all the way down and if you see government alerts that your phone has received this update. Or you can go to Settings --> General --> About and your carrier file should say 14.1. d.

Let me add GoPhone refills have expiration dates after which the balance expires and disappears. $10 - 15 --> 30 Days $25 - 50 - 75 --> 90 Days $100 --> 1 Year. If your balance expires an account will remain open for 60 days and without any activity it'll be canceled. d.

Hi rkach1, You shouldn't need to speak with anyone, as soon as you pay your bill your service will be reactivated. And/or after you make a payment you'll be able to speak with a rep. d.

Hi ariver, Many different levels can access your texts RECORDS (should definitely be for legitimate reasons) but NO ONE can ever see actual contents of them. For example, if you're at the store or call customer care, an employee can review your records with you, including date, time and phone numbers of each text, but not what was actually said in that text. Hope it helps...

Well, unfortunately tethering is not available with the unlimited data plan. With any other data plan it'll work great, I'm assuming, because it works great on my Z10, very fast LTE speeds. d.

What phone is it? There is no way to retrieve the passcode, the phone will most likely need to be reset, but we need to know what phone we're working with here d.

" ATT didn't want to take the phone back"... How long did you have the phone for? AT&T doesn't want it back because they don't deal with used phones, there is a 14 days return policy and after that it's user's property... With that said, you can sell the phone on eBay or Craigslist to cover your ETF.

Hi jchretien4, You problem is the iCloud/iTunes user name and password that you guys share. iPhones and iPads use iCloud and iMessage as a primary messaging platform and when families share/use the same Apple ID in iCloud they're getting each other's messages. There are couple of things that can fix this, either create a separate Apple ID for everybody in the family or st...

There is no extra charge for LTE, in fact all data plan have always been billed the same price regardless of the network they use. I believe there is some sort of confusion on your part, we can explain, please provide more details about your plan. It sounds like you have a Mobile S...

With any phone on AT&T, while using standard voicemail system, there will be 3 greeting options: 1. Default with number. 2. Default with recorded name. 3. Custom recorded message. ...Except the iPhone's visual voicemail, which only allows option 1 and 3, the reason is unknown to me, but I will note that it's the same with Verizon. Dear OP, I'm sorry you're not getting the...

Hi jerloch, What you're experiencing is a subscription charge or some sort. It can easily be removed by customer care by calling 611 from your cell, or you can try this site: https://cingular-oac.qpass.com/oac/html/signin.do, not sure if it works for prepaid phones. d.
