Hubs and I will be swapping iPhones. We will both have the same size Sims so no problem there. I also know to call AT&T to have the correct IMEI numbers associated with the correct phone, so again, no problem there. My question is, when I do the "Erase All Content and Settings" on each phone, do I do this while the sim cards are still in or do I take them out? Then or cou...

I just upgraded my old 4S to the new Iphone 5. My husband has an iPhone 4. I want to give him my old 4S. I have reset the 4S to new. What is the procedure now? Is all I have to do is take out the sim from his iPhone 4 and put it in the 4S? Do I have to call ATT?

There may be a different data plan for the 4S, but it's basically just setup on the back-end for AT&T, no different then any of the other smartphone data plans. If the issue is that you have the 4S but your husbands account is listed as the 4S data plan, that leads me to believe the IMEI nu...

From my understanding (and I hope this makes sense), you and your husband originally had an iPhone 4... but he was eligible to upgrade, so he now has an iPhone 4S (even if you are the one using it). Because of this upgrade, this makes his iPhone 4 data plan into an iPhone 4S data plan, regardl...

My husband and I switched iPhones with the help of an ATT store.( I ordered the 4S on his eligibility for me.) Everything is working fine. But when I went online to see the features available for our iPhones I noticed that on his iPhone 4 his data plan said iPhone 4S and on my iPhone 4S it said iphone 4! It's the same plan (200MB @ 15$) so the cost is the same, but I wond...

Otherwise, if you just activate the phone immediately, your husbands phone will stop working and the new 4s will be on his line. You shouldn't have to switch out any sim cards. They just need to switch the 4s to your line first. T...

I am still confused on how to do this. Can someone please explain step by step how this is done? Here is my situation: Hubs and I are on a Family Plan. I am the primary. He has an eligible upgrade line with his iPhone 4. I have an iPhone 3GS. I ordered a new iPhone 4S on his eligible line for me. So when the new iPhone 4S arrives there is going to be 3 phones involved her...
