ATT is the slowest in releasing updates , mainly because they want their footprint in everything. If you are bold enough to not wait on att, and want the update early, go to sites like xda and see what they've got going on, might fine an early release there if you're lucky.

Looks like, with that app, your messages are stored in the "cloud enviroenment" , so, does that mean you can recall a deleted message from this cloud storage should you mistakenly delete a message from your phone?

John have you followed up with an att csr call and had them go through the recent bill, item by item, and justify the charges ? Were they able to identify the charge and prove to you each charge is legitimate? Love to read your follow-up

Hey Dellman, I hear you. Yep only the five announced cities for now, have the 4G network rollout. The map is a "ptojected" map of what the coverage will be when 4G is finally rolled out. There should be a notation on the map that its not actual coverage yet.

Yep thats not good or courteous of the subcontractors and it reflect not so good on att when they use contractors wh dont finish a job. Call and stay ontop of att repairs till they gie you an answer. Meantime search online and see if anyone else resolved. If this was a uverse type install, start with that dept. Good luck.

Att seems to be proactive in offering lesser or cheaper plans to make your bill a little lighter. As long as you are still in a contract, you can change your plan up or down... Shouldnt be a charge as if you are "locked" into a certain plan, just a contract. Call CSR and let them walk you though a lower nonsmart package. They should also ease your thoughts as to your quest...

if you are referring to GoPhone wireless, just log on to your GoPhone wireless account. then on the Account Overview page, youll see your account number over on the far right ,sort of mid way down. near your bill amount (actually within the "My Bill" frame). Finally got the 'hard reset' to work. Resurrected my Tilt from it's comatose state! ITs alive! My data connectivity is back to normal. It was worth losing all the stuff i had (didnt do a backup)... but at least the phone is working, it cleared whatever must have been holding my MMS, SMS etc hostage and now everything is working!
