You will most likely have to work with the post office that you shipped it through to attempt to track it as AT&T will only see the tracking information for the return once it's been scanned into their warehouse.

If you would like to cancel you need to contact customer service @ 18003310500 and they will get you to the correct department to cancel. Have you actually received a bill showing that you owe money for the upgraded plan? Or was this a customer service summary you received?

You can have as many family plans on an account as you would like, you are just limited to 5 lines in each plan If you add the two additional lines you will have to designate a family plan for those 2 to share, just as long as you have no more than 5 lines in one plan you should be fine.

Are you starting your calls AFTER 9 pm? If you start them before 9 PM all of the minutes used will be rated as daytime minutes, even if you go past the point when nights and weekends minutes start. The calls are billed according to the time you start the call so that could be your problem.

I guess I don't understand what everyone's griping about. You have an UNLIMITED data plan and you can send as many picture messages by email as you want. All carriers have email addresses for their MMS so that you can send a picture by email to a cell phone. Are you really that lazy that opening an email and adding a picture attachment is too much to do? Message Edited by ...

Are you sure the payment was actually taken with autopay? If you just enrolled, it can take up to a full bill cycle before your payments are automatically taken out. If you still show a balance on the account, somethings wrong with your autopay and you may want to call customer service @ 18003310500 to find out what's going on.

Yep! you can just go right back in after the upgrade and change the plan if you would like. Completing the upgrade before or after you change the plan doesn't really make a difference.
