Thank you so much for the quick response. Even when upgrading online with AT&T I am forced to choose a non-unlimited data plan, unless I choose an iPhone. Today is probably not the best day to go to an AT&T store, so I'll check later. Thank you.

I've searched and can't find the answer to this. I have grandfathered unlimited data. I have been to Target and Best Buy trying to upgrade my current iPhone 4s to a Samsung Galaxy S5. Both places have told me that the only way to keep my unlimited is to stay with iPhone. Yeah good luck getting an iPhone 6 right now, and I much prefer Android. What I don't understand is WH...

Can we stop beating this dead horse?! It's been explained time and time again what unlimited data means. It was also explained in your ToS that you probably didn't read, just signed like most do.

Alaska is one of the 50 states however a lot of companies don't acknowledge. And most of the ones that do raise the prices on everything. A lot of "anywhere in the US*" deals have fine print that say "excluding AK and HI" Is the network update something I do, or is it something I just wait for?

I'm actually a little upset that AT&T doesn't offer this in my area. While out to dinner a few nights ago, my friend got an Amber Alert notification on her cell, and I didn't. She has a different carrier, and I thought it was a great idea.

You ARE recieving the service you pay for. You paid for an unlimited data plan, not having a cap, and being allowed to use as much data as you want, without overages. No one said that it had to be fast . Even "all you can eat buffets" will kick you out after a certain amount of time lol My family is a 1 income family (I am a stay-at-home mom), and we too have the grandfat...

Ok, so go and reread our replies, and plug in Blackberry everytime it says iPhone. The fact remains, you signed a 24 month contract, and they have decided to now hold you to the 24 months before giving you a brand new phone at a drastically reduced price.

I would assume yes. As long as you have used all of your other available minutes, Rollover will be used, no matter the time of day. "Rollover Minutes are used only when other minutes have been depleted for the billing cycle. Example: If you have a plan that includes 1,500 Anytime Minutes, and one month you use 2,000 Anytime Minutes, the excess of 500 minutes will be deduc...
