Just to be sure, 1 of several way to do this is to hit your menu button, goto the bottom and hit switch applications, and switch to you browser. I'm sure you knew this, but just in case! Cheers

It sounds, to me, like the 2g data speeds have decreased in your area. Perhaps a tower is not functioning as it used to. There is a free service to blackberry users called Pandora. This program gives you 2 modes, low quality and high quality. Hope this helps!! Cheers

Sounds like a bad connection in the device. Since both cases are less than 1 year, I would get a replacement from the warranty department. Hope this helps.

You can also "export" from outlook, and then import to the desktop manager.

Both phones are very good, however, since you haven't owned the BB 9000, I would probably recommend trying the 9700 first, due to the trackpad and 3MP camera, updated OS, as well as added internal memory. This is not correct. The 9000 had 1GB built in while the 9700 has only 128 MB!!

After reading some of the posts on here and a few other forums, it seems that people have had some bad experiences and issues with 9700. Someone even suggested that RIM pushed the 9700 out of production to fast. Does this make the 90...

My guess would be the phone turning on/off the speaker. When the phone connects, it probally tells the speaker to turn on, thus a click sound. Just a guess though!
