I recomend downloading Dolphin Browser from the Play Store. This supports Flash with a simple change to the settings of the app. Feel free to PM me if you have questions.

Actually, Android devices are susceptable to this as well. http://arstechnica.com/security/2014/04/vicious-heartbleed-bug-bites-millions-of-android-phones-other-devices/ Also: http://bgr.com/2014/04/16/heartbleed-android-4-1-1-jelly-bean/ This is a crucial issue. It CAN be exploited on affected Android devices, and has been demonstrated, however as of this writing there a...

Julywashere is correct. The discrepency you see is not due to the device, but the version of Android that it is running. The way 4.1.x displays storage is anything that is available after taking into account the space needed for the OS, and any of the add-ons like Touchwiz, bloatware etc. This was changed in 4.2 and up, however Samsung can still reserve the right to displ...

That is for the international LTE version, which is the GT-N5120. The AT&T carrier branded version is the SGH-I467. If you COULD get that firmware to flash to your device, you would have a giant, very expensive brick on your hands. The issue is not so much that Note 8 users on AT&T feel we "deserve" an update, so we can complain about it messing things up. The issue is th...

Ken, it's labeled as Wallet so should show up towards the end of the app list.

Nice catch on the pre-installed Beats app, I missed that because I was already using it so I assumed that it was still there from when I installed it. The only other thing I saw that was "new" as far as pre-installed "bloatware" was ISIS, and it disabled that as soon as I saw it. Now running on all 3 of my S4s and I must say battery life seems improved, the device feels f...

To everyone complaining about shady sales or buried in the fine print, it is clearly stated in any TV commercials I have seen and in store that the 160.00/mo is no-contract pricing. If you are financing your devices on Next, then the monthly cost of the phone shouldn't come as a shock. No-contract means that you are not obligated to stay around if you don't like it. As fa...

@tailgunner9 - My wifes got the pop-up notification, I was able to push the update on my daughters by manually checking from settings. As far as the update with root, I do not know. Considering that it checks device status (Secure boot) it may not go, especially with Knox being updated to v2.0. @jmoshopoulos - confirmed, the toggle is still absent in this update. That bei...

Yeah, I know all about the spoof the clock trick. I used it on my daughters S3 to get the 4.3 update. The issue I have run into in the past is a lot of times you can end up going out a week and it still won't trigger the update. Pre 4.0 you used to be able to just go into Applications and clear the cache on the update app, and not mess with bumping the time up. I am fine w...

Just checked on all 3 of my accounts S4's and all 3 tell me I am current on 4.3, please check in 24 hours. I suspect that much like the 4.3 update, they are loading IMEI numbers into the update system in waves. I know with 4.3, two of the three updated without a hitch, the 3rd one I had to contact support and get a ticket open to have them load the IMEI into the update se...
