Say what you will the damage has already been done. A week or so ago it was for iPAD users and now its for iPhone users. Two breaches in one moths time. I hope the FBI investigates and most likley AT&T will be fined for not complying with govenment regulations. I am almost certain we will see a massive class action against AT&T for this.

AT&T and APPLE must comply with govenment compliance and protect users sensitive information. As you can see, both compaines did not practice due diligence. There is no FIX. The damage is done, lots of people's sensitive information like credit card numbers, social security numbers, etc were exposed to the public. This is a big.

They should be sued for bad business practices as in changing the "pricing" on the release date. This is malious price gouging and they should be taken to court.

I called AT&T today and was told 3 times, i would have to pay $499.99 for the upgrade being that I was in one year of my two year contract. So I qualify for partial discount. Produce the service or deal with the legal outcome. It's not my company. I dont care what you do. All I want is what was promised to me as a customer, and that is MMS Functionality on the iPhone3GS. - you can close this thread now, cause your reply doesnt matter anymore.

BOTH AT&T and APPLE Inc. said they would support MMS in iPhone3GS by late summer 2009. BOTH these compaines have "not" produced what they have advertised for there products and services. BOTH these compaines are FALSE ADVERTISING and it should be dealt with. As soon as another service is available I will be leaving AT&T. You are losing a customer.

I belive Apple should be sued for false advertisment. They stated the 3GS phone has MMS and it doesnt. That is false advertisment.

Since the release of the 3GS the service has been slow as a turtle, many dropped calls. 3GS is not faster by any means. They need to adjust there slogan.
