Do you have Xpressmail installed and working on your device that is getting the spam type Text Messages? Have you ever setup more than one account or more than one email address with Xpressmail on your device?

Currently OWA is disabled for Xpressmail. You can still get push email service, but it requires that you are running a desktop connector piece of software on your workstation. However, there is plans to enabled OWA with Xpressmail, but unfortunately I do not have an ETA on when this might happen.

Well it looks like you found the error, but it seems like your log is set to "error" or "warn". You should set the logging level to "debug". By setting it to this setting the logs will be much more robust and show you everything. { please keep answers on the forum} Now if this does happen again while you are in debug, we will see what the culprit was. Unfortunately we jus...

Often times the # will be random so blocking it wont help much. There is a rule to the spamming that you should only receive a maximum of 4. If you are getting more than this, then you should let customer support know.

I'm glad you got everything back up and running. Updates go in all the time for Xpressmail that never cause a hiccup but the world is never perfect. Most products especially ones relying on a variable medium such as the internet will have bumps here and there. But you will find good recourses like this forum or customer support to hopefully make it a relatively smooth pro...

What did the Service Rep have you do yesterday? It should work with your device if you do the following: 1) Go to settings 2) go to the system tab 3) select remove programs 4) Highlight Xpressmail then click Remove. 5) Follow the on screen directions. It will have your phone reboot itself. 6) Look on your home screen, you should see an icon that says, "Get Xpressmail". Cl...

I'm pretty sure if you uninstall the Xpresmail you have now and redownload it from the home screen icon "Get Xpressmail" it should download the correct version. Let me know if it doesnt and tell me which device you are using.

It is highly unlikely that Xpressmail would delete the email message if you didnt tell it to. Is it possible that you read this new email that came in on the server with a webbrowser, or outlook? Any changes you make on the server with any mail client will affect your device. If you view the event viewer, do you see a trigger that came in for the initial new email? Xpress...

Not at this time. But I do believe they are working that for a future release of Xpressmail.

Well, you can put the attachments onto the storage card but by default it is going to download it to the default location, which from the top of my head is My Documents. I'm pretty sure this is hard coded into the Xpressmail application and can not be changed through the phones operating system or registry entries. So, after it gets put into the my docs directory you have ...
