Actually by changing the Primary user name when you log into your OLAM account it updates the caller ID. Just go to the Profile section, choose the number you want to change, then go to the User Information tab and update the primary users name.

My question is did they offer you another phone (excluding the iPhone)? For incidents like that AT&T will most likely offer you a different phone for little or nothing.

What's strange about your situation is that any AT&T iPhone order requires signature delivery from Fed Ex or it goes back to the Fed Ex distribution center. This means that if Fed Ex and AT&T show the equipment was delivered that someone had to have signed for it. With my girls phone since noone was home at the time of delivery they left the missed delivery tag on the door...

Did you happen to have been traveling away from your home area (technically that's considered roaming)? Roaming will also cause incoming calls to show as your number. Say for instance your home area is Houston, TX but during that time you were in Miami, FL. all of you incoming calls while in Miami will show as your number. This could also happen within state especially if...

I think he means he is now getting the message that his usage is unavailable until the start of the next cycle. Since you made the change mid cycle the usage will not be available via self service systems until your next cycle starts.

More information is needed. There are 3 separate unlimited data plans: one for PDA phones that is $30/month, one for Blackberrys at $30/month, and one for non-PDA phones which is $15/month. With this said every phone is eligible for unlimited data. I don't know what was specifically said, but from the information you provided all that can be said is you were informed prope...

Have you tried online? I've never used an AT&T gift card, but I would at least give it a try online you never know it may let you use them separately.

While I wouldn't take it to the extent the last poster did I do think you should have done a little research via the manufactors website at least. Most customer service reps in call centers do not have the equipment to even answer your question. Until hidden_dragon's comment I didn't know phones had different earbud connections, but I knew most had different expansion card...

You could have mistakenly turned your network off. So i'd try this before going into a store. Turn the Wireless On or Off for a RIM BlackBerry 8700c

Also unless things have changed I could swear that data caps out at $99.99 if you don't have a data plan (excluding the iPhone). And as Averyheart put it they actually charge 1cent per kilobyte so that means that quite a bit of usage was done during that period.

When calling 611 did you listen to the entire message or did you hang the call up after hearing "Your account is suspended blah, blah, blah"? From what I've seen from AT&T is that they make you listen through the entire message to get the service you need. Take after hours customer service for example, they make you listen through the entire we're closed ... message just ...

Are you sure it was done as a Warranty replacement and not an Insurance replacement? The $100 to me sounds like a deductible for an insurance replacement.

Try deleting the AT&T cookie and make sure that you have cookies enabled on the browser. I've had this problem on IE and somehow the browser blocked the cookie. You can check that via Firefox>Tools>Options>Privacy>Exceptions if you see anything with ATT.com there remove it since that could be your problem.
