Samsung captivate SGH-1897, when i finish a conversation the phone will freeze i have to take the battery out to get it to do anything. I was paying my bill on the phone i went to dial pad phone froze. Please help

Why do congratulations! new software update for phone installed. Phone is ready for use always come up after turning phone off, some times it just pops up even while talking on the phone?

Just go to settings>call settings>all calls>alerts on calls select off. i hope this helps.
