I need to track company phone locations. I see some apps for sale to do this, but apps are un-installable by the user, and I don't want to have to verify installation regularly. Is there some way to activate this feature through ATT?

We have several old Smart Jacks in cabinets that are no longer used and need to be removed from a room. They are all marked as property of AT&T. We would like to have them removed from the area. Need to know how to make that happen. WE have a business account.

We just switched our AT&T phone/internet account to Office at Hand and AT&T is requesting us to "remove" the AT&T box from the wall and return it. We do not know how to do this and it is your equipment anyways... Who should I contact for this? Please advise at your soonest convenience.
