Whenever anyone calls me, and they get my voicemail, the voicemail greeting is in a British voice instead of American. I've tried changing languages and other stuff, but it's not changing. Galaxy S22 Ultra. I'm at a loss as to how that happened, and how to change it. Nothing I've tried has helped.

Any update to the wireless outage? The outage part of the app says my service is good… but mine and everyone else’s on ATT is definitely not good.

Do I need to buy a prepaid card to activate the hotspot.

As soon as I open the ATT Secure Family app, I get a pop up message that states “unable to complete your request. Please, try again later”. This happens on all my devices.

Hello, I supplied my PIN to AT&T salesperson at Target but then had to leave.  How do I know if my information was compromised? How do I identify any changes made to my account?

I upgraded my Families phones to the S24. The deal was $0 with qualified trade in.  The trade ins all were accepted and qualified but we are paying $5/month per phone, not 0.  WHYYYYY????????  Was this a bait and switch but did I miss the fine print somewhere?

I traded two mint Iphone 10 for 13's and was given $800 trade in on each phone. Then I find my charge for each phone is $1,000. So basically ATT just stole my phones and charged me the same price the new ones sold for. I just filed a complaint with the FCC

I am unable to receive identify verification texts or any promotional text messages from a short number. The only exception is the monthly bill notification from AT&T (ironically enough). I have reset all network settings, checked blocked numbers and tried calling AT&T support.

Cell booster needs to be plugged into router which is in an interior closet nowhere near a window. So GPS attachment cannot be near a window to pick up signal. How much will this negatively impact the booster. Will this prevent it working?
