Hello, on my premier account there seems to be no way to change my outgoing caller id, it shows company name, need to change to my own name etc…tried calling support constantly getting disconnected by them…can anyone help?

We use RingCentral for our business and are having reports that ATT&T wireless customers are getting a busy signal when trying to call in. Is there something that can be done to resolve this? It is causing a pretty serious disruption to our business.

MY name shows up on each family member's outgoing call because all the phones are under my single account. I would like to add their names to their phones. How is that done?

Why is my account summary showing CDT at the top and CST on the detailed description of each call? This is a discrepancy in two time zones for the same call and it is on every call.  This is probably why I cannot get my comments or my online chat posts to be seen.  I am in a time warp.
