We are in the process of migrating some of our customers to a new website to manage their accounts, some have experienced issues with logging in. Clearing your cache and cookies often helps as well as trying a new web browser. Here's the url:
I"m having problems too. I tried calling AT&T but the automatic system routed me to the people who handle government accounts, so the rep said she would transfer me to business. Instead she transferred me back to the automatic system that routed me to her in the first place. So I just hung up.
Why couldn't our existing log in and account information just be transferred to this new system?
