I was told not to cx my Wave service until I received the internet conector. I am now dbl paying
I followed the direction to not cancel my Wave service until I received ATT's equip to include my internet. I still haven't received my equip, so am double paying and now have a late fee on my bill. I am not happy, ATT worked so hard to get business. Then dropped me and if I cancel Wave, I won't have computer availability. I am 82+ and not computer savie. I need these services but can't pay, please do what your rep promised at the time I signed the contract. Suzann Elliott
