My company offers the option to text clients for support and a link self service. Our carrier has notified us that AT&T is rejecting these text messages as spam. Is it possible to white list our number for SMS? I reached out to register with Hiya but that only deals with Voice spam, not SMS.

Hello, Why is ATT blocking messages from our application to our internal registered users? These users have given us consent to receive messages. We DO NOT send sms to non users. Kindly advise. We use Twilio to send these SMS.

When I have people go to my website. AT&T is labeling it as dangerous and won't allow people to enter. I've completely cleaned my server and google labels the website as safe for browsing however this issue is still present. Who do I need to talk to for me to resolve this issue.
