Need help on what to do

New to Apple Business Manager and we are trying to register our Apple Devices but I need the Reseller Number from the Apple Authorized Reseller or cellular carrier that I purchased from. Our AT&T Business Sales Rep doesn't seem to know what I'm talking about and I'm hoping to get help on here.

Having just enrolled in Apple Business Manager and successfully linked the company's AT&T account, I am now told an AT&T Apple Reseller ID is necessary. How do I get that?
